Hello !

I'm a Vietnamese-American teen based in the "Little Saigon" area of the OC. (Meaning, we don't have many wild parties or have outrageous drama... just plenty of rice and crazy drivers.) Since I live in an area that's predominantly Asian, I like to make friends with all sorts of people - expanding my horizons, you could say.

My main love is for oil painting and writing - but I've been trying to pick up photography as well. I spend most of my time reading, surfing the web, and chilling with the family. I also practice tae kwon do.

Am I missing anything else? Oh yes.

My name is Tiffany. Nice to meet you. :)

Hey you, just checking in and seeing how your trip is going. Are you in Viet Nam yet?

Hi Nhat! I actually got back from my trip about a few weeks ago, I just haven't had time to check up on my Uber page. Viet Nam was great. :)

How has your summer been?

School's Out for the Summer!
Summer's HERE!

IRL: Wednesday night was graduation night, so I went to support our favorite seniors (Julie, Katie, and John rock!!).

By way of graduation presents, my friends and I are chipped in together to get them presents. I'm also making Julie a scrapbook page, with a watercolor painting and a poem that I'm going to write for her. For Katie, I made a scarf, since she's going away to Boston next year and will need it for the cold! And I bought a black shirt for John from Nike since he's an athlete. :]
Reading: Currently re-reading I Am Morgan le Fay by Nancy Springer, because I'm in need of some Avalon action, but I'm not willing to bust out any heavy stuff. I love this book because it's so grrrl-power, and it's interesting in the depth that it gives to Morgan le Fay (who is one of my favorite female literary characters ever, by the way, but it's only because of this book that I feel this way). After this, I'm planning to re-tackle the Artemis Fowl series. I'm such a fantasy kid at heart.

Music: I'm having trouble with Debussey's Clair de Lune, having been stuck on the same page for weeks now. Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata has been easier for me to work on. And I'm still looking for another piece for my CM qualification test...

I'm also working on cataloging my music on my computer, because it's all really badly organized. It's taking forever though, since I have hundreds of songs... *sigh* Thank god it's summer.

Writing: I have hit a severe writing block. Like, I seriously can't get anything to come out the way I want it to. It's so frustrating! I'm hoping it'll go away soon though, so I can finish up Under the Surface, preferably before the end of July.

...And, that's it for now. :) TTFN.
